Planning and Organising School Visits
Outline of Seminar
This is a practical seminar aimed at encouraging teachers of RE to have the confidence to use their local and national places of worship resources. The seminar will include dealing with preparations, risk assessment, legislation concerning school trips, practical issues dealing with transport, the use of specialist companies, and lunch arrangements. It will also address what outcomes teachers should look for in a school trip, the use of people resources, and how to get the best out of education departments.
